成都市龙泉驿区2001-2010年妇幼卫生指标完成情况分析

目的通过分析成都市龙泉驿区2001-2010年妇幼卫生指标完成情况,为指导今后妇幼卫生工作提供依据。方法回顾性分析2001-2010年成都市龙泉驿区《龙泉驿区妇女发展规划（2001-2010年）》和《龙泉驿区儿童发展规划（2001-2010年）》（＂两纲＂）主要妇幼卫生指标。结果 2010年新生儿死亡率、5岁以下儿童死亡率分别为5.27‰、9.32‰,且均呈下降趋势;出生缺陷的发生率逐年增高,2010年出生缺陷发生率为103.9/万;低出生体重儿发生率、5岁以下儿童中、重度营养不良发生率均处于较低水平;新生儿肺炎总体发生率较低且持续下降,2007-2010年连续4年无腹泻死亡发生;孕产妇死亡率波动不稳定,2010年孕产妇死亡率为20.27/10万;孕产妇系统管理率不断上升,在2010达到近年来最高的95.01%;婚检率先后受消强制婚检和政府实施免费婚检影响,先低后高,在2010年上升到96.60%。结论龙泉驿区实施妇幼＂两纲＂工作成绩显著,除孕产妇死亡率和出生缺陷发生率外均已达到了＂两纲＂目标要求。

Analysis of maternal and child health indicators in Longquanyi district Chengdu city during 2001-2010

【Objective】According to the analysis of maternal and child health care completion in Longquanyi District during 2001-2010,a guidance is provided for the future work of maternal and child health【.Methods】Retrospectively analyze maternal and child ＂two outlines＂ health indicators during 2001-2010.【Resluts】Neonatal mortality,children under the age of five mortality in 2010 was respectively 5.27 ‰,9.32 ‰,and a downward trend;Birth defect incidence increased year by year,the incidence of birth defects was 103.9 per million in 2010;Incidence of low birth weight,in children under five years old,severe malnutrition rates were relatively low;Lower the overall incidence of neonatal pneumonia and continued to decline,4 consecutive years from 2007 to 2010 without diarrhea deaths occurred;The maternal mortality rate fluctuation was not stable,the maternal mortality rate per 20.27/10 million in 2010;Maternal system management rate rising in recent years,in 2010,reached the highest 95.01%;Go first after the compulsory check-ups and influence the government to carry out free check-ups,first low after high,rising to 96.60% in 2010.【Conclusion】The implementation of Longquanyi District maternal and child ＂two outlines＂ has made significant achievements.All except the incidence of maternal mortality and birth defects have achieved objectives and requirements of ＂two outlines＂.
