宫腔镜诊治宫腔内因素不孕不育的价值

目的分析宫腔镜对于宫腔内因素所致不孕不育的临床诊断及治疗意义。方法收集2010年1月-2012年12月河源市计划生育服务中心收治的疑为宫腔内因素导致不孕不育的患者260例，分析宫腔镜诊断结果，对比治疗前后效果。结果本组有91例（35．0%）宫腔粘连，64例（24．6徇子宫内膜息肉，10例（3．8％）黏膜下肌瘤，44例（16．9％）输卵管栓塞；23例（8．8％）宫腔形态异常；5例（1．9％）节育器嵌顿或残留、宫壁缝线及胎骨残留；23例（8．8％）正常。结论宫腔镜用于诊治宫腔内因素引起的不孕不育，诊断准确，操作简便，并可实施简单的宫腔镜下手术，疗效显著，值得推广。

Hysteroscopic diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine factors of infertility value

Objective ] To analyze hysteroscopy for intrauterine factors caused infertility diagnosis and therapeutic implications. Methods ] Collected from April 2011 to April 2013 in our hospital suspected intrauterine factors led to 260 cases of infertility patients, analysis of the results of diagnostic hysteroscopy, compared before and after treatment effect. Resluts ] There were 91 cases of intrauterine adhesions, accounting for 35.0%; 64 cases （24.6%） of endometrial polyps; 10 cases （3.8%） submucosal fibroids; fallopian tube embolization in 44 cases （16.9%）; 23 cases （8.8 %） abnormal uterine shape; 5 cases （1.9%） IUD incarcerated or residues, suture of the uterine wall and fetal bone residue; 23 cases （8.8%） normal. Conclusion ] Hysteroscopy for infertility diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine factors, diagnostic accuracy, easy to operate, and can implement simple hysteroscopic surgery, a significant effect, it is worth promoting.
