西北典型河谷型城市儿童行为及血铅水平认识调查研究

摘    要:目的:调查中国西北地区典型河谷型城市儿童行为,了解儿童家长对血铅问题的认识。方法对西北部典型河谷型城市0~6岁儿童及其抚养人进行采访调查,并填写调查问卷。用Excel 2010录入数据库,并用SPSS19.0进行数据统计与分析。结果部分儿童出现血铅超标症状,且经常接触彩色塑料玩偶或电动玩具的儿童出现血铅超标症状的概率较大。不同性别儿童行为差异较大,相较于女童,男童平均每天室外活动时间更长,平均每天洗手次数更少。父母文化水平越高,对孩子血铅水平越重视。不同城市父母对儿童血铅问题认知程度不同。结论西北地区典型河谷型城市,儿童血铅问题父母重视不够,宣传儿童血铅知识和血铅超标预防工作仍待加强。

A study of children's behavior and awareness of blood lead in northwestern typical valley cities
Abstract:Objective To investigate the children's behavior and parents' awareness of blood lead problem in typical valley cities in northwest China .Methods Children 0‐6 years old and their dependents were interviewed and questionnaires about the details of children's behavior were filled out .The survey data were input into the data‐base with excel 2010 and analyzed with SPSS statistical software .Results Some children had symptoms of excessive blood lead ,especially those who regularly contacted with colored plastic toys and electric toys .Children of different genders had differences in behavior .Compared with girls ,boys had longer daily outdoor activities but fewer average daily hand washes .Parents with higher education level paid more attention to children's blood lead issue .Parents in different cities had different cognition on children's blood lead levels .Conclusions In typical valley cities in northwest China ,Children's blood lead problem has not aroused enough attention .Publicity and prevention work still remain to be strengthened .
