拉萨城关区藏族居民健康素养的现状调查

目的 了解拉萨城关区藏族居民健康素养情况,为干预措施的制定与实施提供参考依据.方法 依据〈2009中国公民健康素养调查问卷〉自行设计健康素养问卷,于2012年随机抽取拉萨城关区居民742人进行问卷调查.结果 该区藏族居民健康素养总体知晓率为40.49%,健康基本知识与理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能素养的知晓率分别为41.67%、32.39%和55.96%.结论 该区藏族居民健康素养水平高于全国居民的健康素养水平,但健康生活方式与行为素养的水平低于其他两方面素养的水平,建议该区相关部门在居民健康教育过程中注重其健康生活方式与行为教育,以提高当地居民健康素养总体水平.

Survey on the present situation of the health literacy in tibetan residents of Lasa township

Objective To understand the status of health literacy among tibetan residents＇health literacy about Chengguan district of Lasa, and to provide the evidence for taking intervention measures for local authorities. Methods Independent design ＂health literacy questionnaire＂ based on ＂Chinese citizens＇ health literacy questionnaire in 2009＂,and random sampling 742 tibetan residents from Chengguan district of Lasa questionnaire investigation in January to February of 2012. Results Health literacy ratio is 40.49% for tibetan residents of Chengguan district of Lasa, have the basic knowledge and concept of health,healthy life style and behavior.the basic skill of the proportion of the population were 41.67% .32.39%/00 and 55.96% in local. Conclusion Health literacy level of tibetan residents of Chengguan district of Lasa is higher than the national residents＇ health literacy level, but the healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy level lower than the other two aspects of literacy level. Suggest the relevant departments pay attention to education of the healthy life style in progress of the health education, in order to improve overall level of the health literacy about local resident＇.
