异位妊娠切除术围手术期抗菌药物使用情况分析

目的：了解异位妊娠切除术后患者应用抗菌药物的情况，并评价其应用的合理性。方法回顾性调查西安市某三甲医院2013年6月至2014年6月的119例异位妊娠切除术患者围手术期抗菌药物使用品种、使用频率、联合用药、疗程等并进行分析比较。结果119例异位妊娠切除术患者抗菌药物使用率为73．1％，使用方法均为静脉滴注，抗菌药物使用频率最高的是头孢美唑钠占40．3％，其次是磺苄西林钠（占8．4％），头孢米诺钠（占11．5％），克林霉素（占5．9％）。预防用药的品种选择合理率仅为10．34％，用药疗程合理率仅为14．94％。结论西安市某三甲医院异位妊娠切除术患者在抗菌药物品种选择及疗程等方面存在着一定的不合理现象，分析其使用情况有利于提高医院的合理用药水平。

Analysis on use of antibacterial drug in perioperative period for the cases of ectopic pregnancy surgery

Objective To investigate the situation of antibacterial agents of patients after ectopie pregnancy surgery ,and evaluate its rationality .Method The perioperative use of antimierobials in variety ,DDDs ,joint medi‐cation of 119 cases of ectopic pregnancy surgery patients were compared and analyzed in our hospital from June of 2013 to June of 2014 .Result The use of anfibacterials was 73 .1% among 119 case of patients .All the medicines were used by iv dripping .Cefmetazole sodium(40 .3% ) was used with the hightest rate in those anti‐infective drugs . The second ,third and fourth were Sulfonated ampicillin sodium(8 .4% ) ,Cefazolin sodium mino(6 .7% ) ,Clindamycin (5 .9% ) .The reasonable rate of prophylaxis varieties was only 10.34% ,drug treatment was only 14.94% . Conclusion There are irrational prophylactic uses of antibacterials which are the inappropriate choosing of medi‐cation ,over prolonged use of the drugs for ectopie pregnancy surgery patients during perioperative period in our hos‐pital .Analysis the use of antibacterials is conductive to improve the level of rational medical use .
