茶多酚对阻塞性黄疸肝脏过氧化损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的 利用茶多酚的抗氧化性能对阻塞性黄疸大白兔进行治疗 ,以观察其对肝脏的保护作用方法 实验动物 2 7只 ,分三组 :模型组、茶多酚治疗组和正常对照组。实验期 2周。阻塞性黄疸 (阻黄 )系采用胆总管结扎形成。茶多酚经胃管给予 ,1 0 0 mg/(kg·d)。结果 胆总管结扎后机体内存在严重的氧化应激 ,表现为丙二醛 (MDA)明显增加 ,与实验前相比 P<0 .0 1。超氧化歧化酶 (SOD)活性和抗氧化维生素 (VE和 VC)均减少。肝脏存在着过氧化损伤 ,表现为肝功能的损伤和肝脏病理学的变化。茶多酚治疗组 MDA与实验前相比无显著性增加 (P>0 .0 5)。血清中SOD与 VE和 VC无显著变化 ,肝功能损伤和肝脏病理变化较小。结论 茶多酚可能对阻黄肝脏有保护作用

Abstract:Objective: The aim of this study was to observe the protective effect of tea polyphenol (TP) on the oxidative damage of liver in obstructive jaundice. WT5FZ]Methods:WT5BZ] Twenty seven rabbits were divided into 3 groups, model group, TP group, and control group. The experimental period lasted 14 days. The model of obstructive jaundice was induced by ligation of common bile duct. In TP group, TP was given 100 mg/(kg·d) intragastrically. WT5FZ]Results:WT5BZ] In biliary obstruction, the serum MDA increased and SOD activity and antioxidative vitamins (VC and VE) decreaced significantly. The liver damage was manifested as the changes of liver function and morphology. These changes were not found or unstriking in the TP group. WT5FZ]Conclusion:WT5BZ] TP might be considered as protective agent for liver damage in obstructive jaundice.
