摘    要:为探索利用白血病细胞和正常细胞氨基酸代谢的差异治疗白血病,本文观察了谷氨酰胺缺乏对∪937和K562细胞生长的影响,发现其生长分别被抑制了92%和88%,相同条件对PHA刺激正常人淋巴细胞抑制率仅18%,羞异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.001)。谷氨酰胺缺乏对∪937和K562细胞DNA合成抑制率分别为20%和66%,对人正常骨髓单核细胞DNA抑制率为5%,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);相同条件对这三种细胞RNA合成抑制率分别为29%、24%和6%,差异亦均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。提示可通过剥夺谷氨酰胺治疗急性非淋巴细胞白血病。

Abstract:he growth of ∪937 and K562 cell lines under the condition of gluta-mine deficiency was studied,they were inhibited by 92%and 88%;whilethe growth of PHA-stimulating normal human lyinph cell was inhibitedby 18%,the differences were very significant(P<0.001) DNA synthesesof ∪937,K562 and human normal bone marrow mononuclear cell growthwere inhibited by 20%,66%and 5%respectively,RNA synthesis wereinhibited by 29%,24%and 6%respectively. The differences were verysignificant(P<0.001).The results implicated that nonlymph cell leukemiamight be treated by glutamine deficiency
