豆渣粉对糖尿病小鼠血糖血脂及肝肾组织形态的影响

摘    要:目的 研究大豆纤维对糖尿病 (DM)动物模型血糖、血脂代谢及组织形态的影响。方法 给正常和链脲佐霉素 (STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠食用添加一定量豆渣粉的饲料 5周 ,观察和测定相应指标。结果  1 .食用豆渣粉的正常小鼠 ,血糖降低 (P<0 .0 5)、血清总胆固醇 (TC)和甘油三脂 (TG)无明显变化、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL- C)明显增高 (P<0 .0 5) ;2 .食用豆渣粉的糖尿病小鼠 ,血糖显著下降 (P<0 .0 0 1 )、血清总胆固醇 (TC)和甘油三酯 (TG)也均明显降低 (P<0 .0 5)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL - C)明显增高 (P<0 .0 5) ;3.豆渣粉对糖尿病小鼠的肝、肾组织有保护作用。结论 豆渣粉具有显著的降糖、降脂、改善血糖 ,血脂代谢的作用 ,且对糖尿病小鼠的肝脏、肾脏具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of soybean fibers on blood sugar and blood lipid metabolism and histomorphology of animal models. WT5FZ]Method: Normal mice and mice with streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetes (MD) are given feed containing a certain amount of soybean fibers. WT5FZ]Results: After five weeks of experiment: 1. among the normal mice which takes the soybeen fibers the blood sugar decreases (P<0.05), the serum total cholesterol (TC) and the triglyceride (TG) have no notable changes, the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) rises evidently (P<0.05); 2. among the MD, blood sugar decreases considerably (P<0.001), TC and TG also decrease noticeably (P<0.05), HDL C rises clearly (P<0.05); 3. soybean fibers have protective role to the liver and kidney of MD. WT5FZ]Conlusion: It is suggested that soybean fibers have the function of decreasing blood sugar, blood lipid, improving substance metabolism and of protecting liver and kidney of MD mice. WT5”FZ]
