精氨酸对烧伤大鼠细胞因子的影响

摘    要:观察了大鼠20%体表面积(BSA)Ⅲ°烧伤后精氨酸(Arg)对体内细胞因子的影响。结果表明,大鼠烧伤后,脾细胞生成白介素-2(IL-2)的能力明显下降,血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-1(IL-1)水平均显著升高,但IL-1第3天开始下降;第7天时IL-6和IL-1均低于正常对照组。当在饲料中添加2%和5%Arg时,不仅能明显促进脾细胞合成IL-2,而且可降低血清TNF和IL-6的含量,但对IL-1的影响不明显。实验结果提示,烧伤后补充Arg可调节体内细胞因子的水平,但两剂量组之间没有明显差异。

Abstract:In this study, we observed the effects of arginine (Arg) on cytokines after 20% BSA Ⅲ°burn in Wistar rats,Serum TNF rose significantly in burned rats, while IL-2secretion of splenocytes in vitro reduced markedly. At the same time, serum IL-1and IL-6 levels also rose obviously,But IL-1 began to fall from the 3rd day, and it was as lower than the normal control as IL-6 on the 7th day postburn, When the burned rats received diet supplen1ented with 2% or 5% Arg, not only IL-2 secretion of splenocytes improved, but also serum TNF and IL-6 levels decreased significantly, The effect of Arg on IL-1 was not obvious. These results suggested that Arg could modulate cytokine levels in burned rats, but there was no significant difference between the two dosage groups.
