| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高强度超声聚焦治疗子宫肌瘤的有效性及安全性。方法：选择不愿意行手术切除子宫肌瘤的育龄期已生育患者23例,应用HIFU-2001型高强度聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机进行治疗,治疗后定期随访观察。结果：23例患者经高强度超声聚焦治疗后近期总有效率为96%（疗效显著3例、有效12例、部分有效7例）,无效1例（4%）。结论：高强度超声聚焦是无创治疗子宫肌瘤的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical efficiency and safety of high intensity focusedultra—sound (HIFU)in the treatment of uterine leiomyomas.Methods:Atotal of 23 children—born—aged women with uterine leiomyomas who didn’t accept operation were treated by HIFU、They were observed periodically after treatment.Results:Among 23 cases,3 cases(14%)achieved significant curativeeffect,12 cases(52%) achieved moderate curative effect,7 cases(30%) achieved mild curative effect,1 cases (4%) failed to respond to the treatmen.Conclusion:Patients with uterine leiomyomas can be treated by HIFU very effectively and safely. |
