| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨外伤性肝脾破裂的抢救与监护以及护理对策。方法：回顾性分析112例外伤性肝脾破裂的治疗及护理过程。结果：手术治疗99例。保守治疗13例。106例痊愈，死亡6例，术后出现并发症12例。结论：正确的早期诊断，及时手术是抢救肝脾破裂大出血休克的最根本的措施。

| Abstract: | s: Obiective To explore the rescure measures of traumatic rupture of the liver and spleen as well as custody and nursing strategy. Methods We design a retrospective analysis of 112 cases of traumatic rupture of the liver and spleen during the treatment and care.
