| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微创经皮钢板内固定技术(MIPPO)治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析40例胫骨骨折患者(AO42一胫腓骨骨干骨折)的临床资料,按AO/ASIF分类:A型8例,B型14例,C型18例,其中开放性骨折12例。采用间接复位和MIPPO技术治疗。结果:所有患者术后随访3～12个月,平均9.5个月,骨折均愈合,临床愈合时间3～6个月,5例开放性骨折患者术后发生小范围皮肤坏死,经换药后痊愈;无畸形愈合、感染、钢板断裂等并发症发生。功能评价采用Johner-Wruhs评分标准:优30例,良7例,中3例,优良率为92.5%。结论:MIPPO技术是治疗胫骨骨折较为理想的方法之一,可最大限度的保护皮肤软组织,减少骨折端血供的破坏,促进骨折愈合。
