C型臂图像拼接评价标准的骨科临床应用分析

摘    要:目的:探讨术中移动式C型臂实时图像拼接自拟图像评价标准在临床应用效果。方法:对36例骨折患者术中均采用图像拼接技术,术中对拼接图像的实行自拟评价;术后行X线片检查,均进行相关角度测量和对比分析。结果:36例患者术后均获随访6~10个月,术后及术后3个月复查X线片示骨折对位、对线佳,骨折均愈合,其术中拼接图像的评定标准:36例中,优23例,良12例,可1例,差0例,优良率为97.22%。测量的角度均在正常范围以内,拼接完整图像和术后DR或CR图像的比较效果良好。结论:术中C型臂拼接技术的图像评价标准符合影像学及角度测量的要求,其评价合理,为骨科手术质量提供强有力的保障和标准。

Analysis of clinical application of evaluation criteria of mobile c-arm image mosaic technique

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of evaluation criteria of mobile c-arm image mosaic technique in clinical application.Methods: A total of 36 patients in fracture operation were adopted image mosaic technique,their joined images also been evaluated during the operation.They accepted X ray film inspection after the operation,as well as related angular measurement and contrastive analysis.Results:36 cases have been followed up 6 months~10 months.X ray films both during the operation and 3 months later show that fracture para to line in good condition,and fractures were all healed.The criteria for evaluation in the operation as follows:Of the 36 cases,23 cases were "excellent",12 cases were "good",1 case was "OK" and none was "bad",that is the excellent-good rate is 97.22%.All the angles are in the normal range,the effect of splicing complete image is better than postoperative DR or CR images.Conclusion:The evaluation standard of C arm splicing technology during the operation meet with imaging and Angle measurement requirements,its evaluation is reasonable and meets the need of bone doctors,avoid making wrong judgment about integral effect of intraoperative fracture reset and choosing inappropriate internal fixation,etc.It also provides a more powerful safeguard and standard for the quality of orthopaedic surgery.
