“非典”时期铁道工程一线管理人员心理状况调查

目的:探讨"非典"时期铁道工程一线管理人员心理健康状况.方法:采取整群随机抽样法,抽出现场管理人员 88人, 用自编一般问卷,抑郁自评量表( SDS)、焦虑自评量表( SAS)、症状自评量表( SCL- 90)进行现场调查,并对调查结 果进行统计分析.结果: SDS、 SAS总粗分与正常人群均有非常显著性差异 (P<0.01), SCL- 90总均分及各项因子 分均与正常人群无明显差异( P>0.05).结论:"非典"时期,铁道工程一线管理人员存在明显抑郁、焦虑症状, SCL- 90中抑郁、焦虑因子分与正常人群相比无明显差异可能是由调查表自身缺陷所致,应重视对"非典"时期铁 道工程管理人员的心理干预.

A survey on the status of mental health of the primary administrative personnel working on the railway engineer during the period of SARS epidemic

Objective To study the status of mental health of the primary administrative personnel working on the railway engineer during the period of SARS epidemic .Methods Random sampling and choosing 88 persons from the primary administrative personnel working in the four different regions in Jiangxi and Anhui Province, on-the-spot investigation using self-compiling questionnaire, SDS, SAS and SCL-90, and analysing the outcome from the statistics. Results There are distinct differences in total scores in SDS and SAS between the people being investigated and the normal people(control group) (p<0.01). And there is no significant difference in the total scores and detailed items between the groups of the people investigated and the normal people from SCL-90 data. Conclusions The people of the primary administrative personnel have the symptoms of depression and anxiety during the period of SARS epidemic. The reason of no difference in SCL-90 report may be the questionnaire itself. We should pay attention to the mental health of the primary administrative personnel to prevent psychological disorders.
