120例输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜手术的护理

目的:探讨输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜手术的护理措施,确保手术的安全有效。方法:对120例输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜手术的患者进行心理支持,充分的术前准备,术后密切观察病情变化,监测各项生化指标,保持引流管通畅,同时在出院前开展计划生育及生殖健康的知识普及。结果:120例患者手术中无大出血,术后24小时拔除腹腔引流管及导尿管,无并发症发生,计生知识的知晓率达90%以上。结论:良好的围手术期护理是确保输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜手术成功的保障。

Nursing of 120 Cases of Salpingocyesis Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective：to discuss the nursing measures of salpingocyesis patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for the sake of safe and effective opeartion.Method：120 salpingocyesis patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were given psychological support,adequate preoperative preparation,and close observation after surgery.Biochemical indicators were monitored,unobstructed draught tube was maintained,and health education was provided as to family planning and healthy reproduction.Result：No massive haemorrhage occurred among the 120 patients.Indwelled urinal catheter and abdominal drain tube were removed 24 hours after the operation.No complications were detected,and awareness of family planning policy reached over 90%.Conclusion：Favorable perioperative period can guarantee the successful implementation of laparoscopic surgery of salpingocyesis patients.
