| 摘 要： | 目的：观察急性感染住院患儿C反应蛋白（CRP）的变化。探讨其对儿童感染的鉴别诊断和细菌感染性疾病治疗价值。方法：用速率散射免疫浊度法测定40倒细菌感染患者治疗前后CRP的含量，并与病毒感染组及对照组对比。结果：细菌感染性患者CRP水平高低与病情密切相关。结论：CRP可作为儿童细菌感染和病毒感染的鉴别诊断指标。
