30例心房纤颤的临床分析

目的：总结临床心房纤颤药物治疗的疗效和经验。方法：对30例合并不同心血管疾病的快速室率性房颤患者给予β受体阻滞剂、非二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂、洋地黄制剂及抗凝等药物治疗后的心律转复情况进行回顾性分析。结果：30例患者均于24小时内将心室率控制在60～90次/分,出院时其中8人转复窦性心律。结论：对于无条件或不能行电复律的房颤患者,合理的药物治疗至关重要且疗效肯定。

Clinical Analysis of 30 Cases on atrial Fibrillation

Objective: To sum up the curative effect and experience of heal with drugs to atrial fibrillation. Methods: Retrospective analyze 30 cases atrial fibrillation with several heart disease who recived Beta-blockers vesting、Non -dihydropyridine calcium antagonist 、foxglove and anti -freezing.Results: All patients’ventriclar rhythm were controlled 60～90/min within 24 hours.8 cases turned into sinus rhythm when they left hospital. Conclusion It is important and has effect affirmative of heal with drugs reasonable to atrial fibrillation.
