| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高校学术期刊的综合考评方法,为相关管理部门、管理者提供期刊评价的科学依据和方法.方法:随机抽取《中国学术期刊综合引证报告2008版》中公布的2007年10所医学院校学报的10项指标值,采用秩和比( RSR)法进行综合考评.结果:参评的10所院校的秩和比为0.350～0.790.其中前三名的秩和比值分别为:0.790,0.775和0.675.结论:对于具有《中国学术期刊综合引证报告》等提供的科学性、准确性和可比性的量化指标值,采用秩和比法进行期刊综合考评,是一种科学、公平、公正、简便和适用的综合考评方法,值得采用.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore RSR in comprehensive survey for college medical periodicals,and to provide scientific foundation and methods for government and officials.Methods： RSR was used to make the comprehensive survey by searching 10 indexes of 10 medical colleges in 2007.Results： Ratio of RSR was 0.350~0.790.The ratio of RSR of the top three was 0.790,0.775and 0.675.Conclusion： According,scientific,advanced,accurate,comparable index in Comprehensive Citation Report for Chinese Academy Periodical,application of RSR for comprehensive survey is wroth being applied because of its merits. |
