| 摘 要： | 我国已建立覆盖12.8亿人口的医疗保险网,医保核减作为医疗保险机构对医疗机构医疗行为监管手段成为一项常规性工作。该文就某市城镇职工住院医保核减情况进行分析,探讨造成医保核减原因及其对医疗行为影响,并提出相关管理对策。

| Abstract: | China has set up medical insurance network covering 1.28 billion recipients. As a monitoring measure to medicare organizations on the part of health insurance institution, medical insurance subtraction after verification has become a routine task. This paper analyzes the situations of hospitalization medical insurance subtraction after verification of urban employees in Hefei and discusses the reasons for reduced healthcare insurance and its effect on medicare behavior,And put forward relevant management countermeasures. |
