| 摘 要： | 目的：采用Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折并探讨其临床疗效。方法：对38例股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行闭合复位Gamma钉内固定，其中I型3例，Ⅱ型8例，Ⅲ型16例，Ⅳ型9例，V型2例。结果：38例患者获得平均13．6个月（9—20个月）的随访，评定疗效，优26例，良9例。结论：Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical results of Gamma nail-for （he treatment of intertrochanteric frac- ture. Methods：From October 2008 to May 2011, 38 cases of intertrochanteric fracture were treated by Gamma nail. The fracture type included 3 cases type Ⅰ, 8 cases type Ⅱ, 6 cases type Ⅲ, 9 cases type Ⅳ, and 2 cases type V. Resuits：All patients were followed up for an average of 13.6 months （range of 9 - 20 months）. 26 cases had excellent function, and 9 good according to the Huang evaluating system. Conclusion＇The internal fixation with Gamma nail for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture is recommendable. |
