某中学一例结核病暴发疫情现场调查分析

目的:对学校结核病疫情及时进行调查处理,控制疫情的传播。方法:对学生密切接触者进行结核菌素试验、胸部X线检查和痰实验室检查。结果:通过现场调查发现16名病人,其中3名涂阳,活动性肺结核患病率为2160/10万。结核菌素总体阳性率为28.14%,强阳性率为14.34%,初三学生强阳性率和患病率明显高于其他年级。结论:加强学校结核病健康教育,发现暴发疫情要及时有效的筛查病人和预防性治疗。

Site investigation and analysis of an tuberculosis outbreak in a high school

Objective： To investigate and deal with school tuberculosis outbreak promptly, and to control the spread of the epidemic. Methods： Tuberculin test, chest x-ray examination and sputum laboratory tests were conducted on close contacts. Results： 16 patients were found through field survey, of which there were three smearpositive cases. Prevalence rate of active tuberculosis was 2160/10 million, overall positive rate of tuberculin was 28.14%, strong positive rate was 14.34%. Strongly positive rate and prevalence rate of third-year students were significantly higher than other grades. Conclusions： School health education of tuberculosis should be strengthened, timely and effectively screening and preventive treatment was very important after the outbreak of tuberculosis.
