| 摘 要： | 探索我国基本生育保障制度的改革对策，为建立统一的生育保障体系提供有益借鉴。通过选择安徽省淮北市为个案，深入分析其生育保障制度的现状及存在问题，提出基本生育保障制度的整合路径：统一管理部门，统一保障制度，统一待遇水平，提高生育保障水平。

| Abstract: | To explore the integration of the basic countermeasures of family security system in our country, the article is supposed to provide a useful reference for fertility security system to establish a unified system. Studying the case based on Huaibei city in Anhui province, this article tries to analyze the present situation and existing problems in the fertility security system.Considering the current security situation and existing problems, the article puts forward an integration way, unified managements and unified reward levels, so as to improve the level of fertility security. |
