复脉汤治疗缓慢性心律失常96例临床观察

目的：探讨自拟复脉汤治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法：将96例缓慢性心律失常患者分为治疗组（48例）和对照组（48例）。对照组给予常规西药（如肌苷、辅酶Q10、消心痛、肠溶阿斯匹林等）治疗，治疗组仅给予自拟复脉汤治疗。将两组治疗前后临床症状改善情况，心电图、动态心电图变化情况进行对照观察。结果：自拟复脉汤对缓慢性心律失常，临床症状改善有效率达79、2％，对照组有效率47．9％，与对照组相比，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；动态心电图平均心率〈55次，分的患者数量，与对照组相比治疗组明显减少（P〈0．01）。结论：自拟复脉汤能有效提高缓慢性心律失常患者平均心率水平，减轻心肌缺血，改善临床症状。

Self-treatment of Slow Fumai 96 cases of anhythmia clinical observation
