| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿脾破裂治疗方向.方法:总结分析 1990～ 2004年因外伤致脾破裂行脾修补的病例.结果: 15例小儿 外伤性脾破裂均痊愈出院.结论:早期诊断,及时处理,是手术成功的主要原因.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic direction for the rupture of spleen of the children. Methods To summarize the cases of the rupture and reparation of the spleen caused by trauma from 1990 to 2004.As a result, 15 children fully recovered from the rupture of spleen caused by trauma. Conclusion Early diagnosis and timely treatment are the main reasons for successful operation. |
