| 摘 要： | 目的:报告1例肾上腺神经鞘瘤.方法:回顾性分析1例肾上神经鞘瘤病人的临床资料.结合文献讨论此病的诊断及治疗方法.结果:1例肿瘤经后腹腔镜手术切除,病理学证实为良性.结论:肾上腺神经鞘瘤的术前诊断困难,手术切除是唯一治疗方法.确诊需依赖病理学检查.

| Abstract: | Objective To report 1 case of neurinoma of adrenal gland.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of neurinoma of adrenal gland was reviewed.Result Tumor resection was undertaken in one case and the diagnosis was assessed on pathological study.Conclusion Tumor resection is the single therapy for neurinoma of adrenal gland and definite diagnosis will rely on pathological studies. |
