公立医院综合改革试点县药品使用与问题剖析

目的分析公立医院改革试点县药品使用现状与存在的问题。方法通过省药械采购平台统计用药信息，用Excel对医院药占比和各种类别的销售金额、增幅等数据进行比较。结果试点单位实施改革一年来实现药品让利4059万元，药占比从实施前的41．14％下降到36．21％，基本药物采购额实施后（第二期）较实施前增幅为32．71％，品种数增幅为9．87％。结论试点县医院用药趋于合理，但应加强抗茵药物、中成药、大输液的使用管理。

Analyze the Present Status and Problems of Medication in Public Hospital Reform at the Pilot Counties

Objective Analyze the present status and problems of medication in public hospital reform at the pilot counties. Methods Collect medication information based on the provincial procurement platform of medicines and medical apparatus. Compare drug expense ratio, other sales amount and growing rate with the help of ＂excel＂. Results After a year＇s pilot reform, 40.59 million Yuan of drug profit-sharing had been achieved and drug expense ratio fell from 41.14% to 36.21%. The growing rate of essential drugs, purchase amount （Phase II） is 32.71% while the growing rate of their varieties is 9.87% since the reform is implemented. Conclusion Medication in pilot counties tended to be more reasonable, and the management on antibiotics, Chinese patent medicine and infusions should be further strengthened.
