摘    要:医院文化被认为是医院发展的强力引擎。优质的医院文化更能够凝聚人心、促进创新,培育高素质的管理者与医务人员,从而提升医院的服务质量和服务效率。提高医院职工满意度,注重对员工期望的文化建设,有利于强化医院文化的内涵建设,促进医院可持续发展。

Discussion on the Association between Hospital Culture Construction and Employee Satisfaction

Abstract:Hospital culture is considered to be the strong engine for the hospital development. High quality hospital culture can unite people, promote innovation and foster high quality managers and staffs so that medical service quality and efficiency could be improved. Improving hospital staff satisfaction and paying attention to the culture construction consistent with employees" expectations are conducive to strengthening the connotation construction of hospital culture and promoting the sustainable development of the hospital.
