驻疆某部新兵应付方式调查

目的了解驻疆某部新兵应付方式,为制定提高新兵应付技巧和维护新兵心理健康水平的措施提供依据。方法采用应付方式问卷,对驻疆某野战部队252名新兵进行心理测查。结果 (1)驻疆某部新兵应付方式各因子分与中国士兵常模比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。(2)城市、独生子女新兵的自责、幻想、退避、合理化应付方式得分显著高于农村、非独生子女新兵(P<0.01)。(3)有工作经历新兵的解决问题、求助应付方式得分显著高于无工作经历新兵(P<0.01)。(4)年龄≥21岁新兵的解决问题应付方式得分显著高于20岁以下新兵(P<0.01)。(5)大专以上文化程度新兵的退避应付方式得分显著低于高中、中专以下新兵(P<0.05)。结论驻疆某部新兵采用的应付方式总体是积极的;农村、非独生子女、有工作经历、文化程度较高、年长是新兵具备良好应付方式的有利因素。

INVESTIGATION ON COPING STYLES OF RECTUITS IN AN ARMY STATIONED IN XINJIANG

Objective To investigate the psychological coping styles of recruits stationed in Xinjiang, so as to provide the basis for working out protective measures to improve the coping skill and mental health of recruits. Methods Coping style questionnaire wereused to test 252 recruits. Results （1）The factorial scores of coping style in recruits were different from those in Chinese military norm （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; （2） The scores of self-blaming, fantasy, avoidance, and rationalization in recruits from urban, and being only child were higher than in those from rural area, and being non-only child （ P 〈 0.01） ; （3）The scores of solving problem,and asking for help in experienced recruits were higher than in non- experienced ones （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; （4）The score of solving problems in remits aged ≥20 was higher than aged 〈 20（ P 〈 0. 01 ）;（5）The score of avoidance in college educated recruits was lower than in recruits under secondary education. Conclusion In general, the coping styles of the recruits stationed in Xinjiang are positive. The factors of place come from, only child or not, education, expericnce, and age may be related to the coping styles of recruits.
