1604名警卫部队新兵16PF的调查分析

目的了解某警卫部队新兵人格特性,分析其相关影响因素,为警卫部队新兵的心理健康档案建立、心理疾患干预、岗位配置、兵源征集提供指导。方法采用电子测试软件,对某警卫部队1604名集训新兵进行16PF测试,对比"中国军龄1年士兵常模"相关量效因子,分析文化程度、独生子女、户籍对警卫部队新兵人格特性的影响。结果该警卫部队新兵人格因素与中国军龄1年士兵常模比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);单因素分析表明,户籍、文化程度、家庭子女数对聪慧性(B)、兴奋性(F)、内向与外向(X2)3个因素有明显影响(P<0.05);多项因素综合分析表明,户籍、文化程度对新兵人格因素影响更大。结论该警卫部队新兵具有较好的心理素质,人格特点鲜明;警卫部队新兵征集中,应更加关注兵源及文化程度方面的差异。

INVESTIGATION OF THE 16 PF IN 1604 RECRUITS FROM GUARD UNIT

Objective To explore the personality characters of recruits from the guard unit and to analyse the influencing factors, so as to offer guidance for establishing mental health files, intervening mental diseases, disposing sentry posts, and recruiting young soldiers. Methods With the help of electronic test software, the test of 16 PF in 1604 recruits from the guard unit was carried out, and the influencing factors such as education level, the only child, and birth place were investigated and analysed. The influencing factors were compared with those in the ＂Chinese military norm for 1 year serviceman＂. Results There were statistically significant differences in personality characters between recruits from the guard unit and the military norm （ P 〈 0.05）. Single regression analysis showed that education level, only child, and birth place obviously influenced the factors of intelligence, excitability, introversion and extroversion （ P 〈 0.05）. And multiple regression analysis showed that education level, birth place influenced the personality factor most. Conclusion The recruits from the guard unit have distinctive personality characters. It should be paid more attention to the differences in education level and birth place during recruitment.
