大肠癌BIRC6表达与预后相关性研究

目的探讨BIRC6的表达率与患者预后的关系。方法收集182例临床预后资料完整的大肠癌的标本，用免疫组化染色BIRC6单克隆抗体，观察BIRC6表达情况。采用X^2和Spearman等级相关检验的统计方法研究大肠癌BIRC6表达率与临床病理特征的关系。通过多因素COX比例风险模型分析各变量对生存期的影响。结果研究发现在肿瘤病变中BIRC6表达率较低，182例大肠癌标本中有86例观察到BIRC6阳性表达，表达率为47．3％。单因素分析显示BIRC6的表达率与肿瘤的TNM分期、分化程度相关（P〈0．05），显示BIRC6高表达的大肠癌患者生存期长于低表达的患者。但多因素分析提示BIRC6作为判断大肠癌预后的预测价值有限。结论本研究显示BIRC6在大肠癌组织表达率较低，BIRC6表达水平作为判断大肠癌预后的预测价值有限。

Clinical significance of BIRC6 expression in colorectal cancer

Objective Detection BIRC6 expression in colorectal cancer for investigating BIRC6 and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters in colorectal cancer. Methods BIRC6 monoclonal antibody was detected by immunohisto- chemical SP method in 182 cases of colorectal cancer. Statistical methods conelndedx2, Spearman, and COX survival analy- sis. Results Immunohistochemical analysis showed that detectable BIRC6 expression was found in 86 of 182 colorectal cancer cases （47.3%）. There was a significant correlation between BIRC6 expression and TNM stage （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Patients with high BIRC6 expression had better survival than those with low BIRC6 expression. However, multivariate analysis indicated that BIRC6 expression was not an efficient prognostic marker for colorectal cancer. Conchlsion These results suggest that elevated expression of BIRC6 protein is a frequent event during the progression of colorectal cancer. BIRC6 might be not an efficient po- tential prognostic marker for patients with colorectal cancer.
