腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染的原因分析及预防措施

目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染的相关因素和预防控制措施。方法：回顾性分析本院1998年1月-2011年12月收治的行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,评价术后椎间隙感染情况,分为感染组和非感染组。分析腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染的相关因素。结果：本组764例患者中有11例发生术后椎间隙感染,感染组和非感染组比较,手术方式、糖尿病、肥胖（体重指数BMI〉27）、低蛋白血症（〈35g/L）,手术时间（〉2h）、呼吸系统感染、泌尿系统感染及导尿管留置时间（〉2d）、年龄等9个因素差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：重视各种易致腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染发生的危险因素,采取预防措施,减少其发生。

Risk Factors and Prevention for Postoperative Spondylodiscitis after Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective： To investigate the risk factors and prevention for postoperative spondylodiscitis after lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Mothod：764 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were collected from January 1998 to December 2011. Evaluated postoperative vertebral clearance infection status, divided into infection group and non infection group. Analysis of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc postoperative vertebral clearance infection related factors.Result： 764 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. The infection group and non infection group was significant difference which noted with regard to 9 variables including modus operandi,diabetes,BMI27,hypoproteinemia（Serum albumin35 g/L） ,the duration of operation（2 h） ,infection of respiratory system ,infection of urinary system,the catheter indwelling time（2 d）, age,etc.Conclusion： The risk of postoperative spondylodiscitis after lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion can not be ignored and precaution should be taken to lower its occurrence.
