摘    要:目的:探讨提高护士自我效能感的干预措施和效果分析.方法:运用自我效能感理论结合临床护士的实际情况制定相应干预措施,具体措施包括以医院文化建设为抓手,营造良好的工作氛围;举办培训班,掌握自我效能感的相关知识;加强临床实践技能的培养,增加成功的直接体验;树立适合自己的榜样,增加替代性经验;取得社会支持;组织心理学知识系列培训,缓解护士的心理压力,防止发生职业倦怠等干预措施以提高护士自我效能感.结果:护士的一般自我效能感、护士工作满意度较干预前均提高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01).护理质量考核评分和患者满意度均较干预前提高.护士自我效能感与工作满意度之间存在正相关.结论:提高临床护士的自我效能感的干预措施不仅有利于提升护士的自信,更大限度地发挥护士的潜能,且促进了护理质量和患者满意度的提高.

Improvement of the Clinical Nurse Self-efficacy of Interventions and Effects Analysis

Abstract:Objective:To discuss improvement of self-efficacy of nursing intervention and effect analysis. Method:We used of self-efficacy theory in combination with the actual situation in the development of clinical nurses the intervention measures,including the construction of hospital culture,successful experience,establishing example,social support,psychology training intervention measures. Result:The nurses’general self-efficacy,job satisfaction had been more improved significantly than before the intervention(P〈0.01). Nursing quality and patients’ satisfaction had been more improved significantly than before the intervention. There was a positive correlation between nurse self-efficacy and job satisfaction. Conclusion:It is beneficial for nurses to raise their confidences,to bring into play the nurses’ potentialities to a greater extent,to promote improvements of qualities of the whole nursing work,by using self-efficacy interventions for the clinical nurses.
