胆囊切除术中对可疑胆总管经胆囊管造影115例临床分析

目的 探讨经胆囊管造影在胆囊切除术中对可疑胆总管的临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2005年1月至2007年5月间115例单纯性胆囊切除术中对可疑胆总管常规经胆囊管造影胆管结石的发生率.结果 术前B超显示18例无胆总管探查指征,97例有胆总管相对探查指征,均经胆囊管造影,28例探查证实胆总管下段结石.结论 胆囊切除术中对可疑胆总管经胆囊管造影可发现隐匿性胆总管结石,能有效减少胆管残余结石,减少胆道损伤.

Clinical analysis of 115 cases by cholangiography with suspective in cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate the value of cholangiography through cystic duct in cholecystectomy. Methods To analyse retrospectively the rate of calculus of bile duct found through routinal cholangiography in the 115 cases of cholecystectomy from January 2005 to May 2007. Results 18 cases showed no common bile duct exploration indications, 97 patients had common bile duct exploration relative indications, and both was performed by the cystic duct, 28 patients with confirmed common bile duct stone exploration. Conclusion Routinal cholangiography through cystic duct in the cholecystec tomy can find latent stone in the common duct,then reduce residual stone effectively and lessen biliary duct injury.
