辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液在食管癌放疗中增敏的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液在食管癌放疗中的疗效及毒副反应。方法选择本院2010年2月~2011年8月笔者所在科放疗的306例食管癌患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组各153例,两组患者均在模拟定位机下定位,采用XHA600直线加速器体外常规分割照射,治疗组153例在常规放疗基础上加用辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液500ml静滴,1次/d,直至放疗结束。对照组行常规放疗。结果经过放疗后,对照组完全缓解(CR)3例,占2.0%;部分缓解(PR)39例,占25.5%;无缓解(NR)111例,占72.5%;(CR+PR)42例,占27.5%。治疗组完全缓解(CR)9例,占5.9%;部分缓解(PR)87例,占56.9%;无缓解(NR)57例,占37.2%;(CR+PR)96例,占62.7%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论辅酶Q10氯化钠注射液在食管癌放疗中增敏作用良好,可以提高治疗效果,减少毒副作用的发生。

Coenzyme QIO sodium chloride injection in esophageal cancer radiotherapy in clinical studies sensitizing

Abstract:Objective To investigate the sodium chloride injection of coenzyme QlO in the efficacy of radiotherapy in esophageal cancer and toxicity. Methods In the hospital from February 2010 to August 2011 306 cases of esophageal cancer radiotherapy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 153 cases in each sroup, two groups of patients were positioned under the machine simulator,linear accelerator in vitro using XHA600 conventional fractionated radiotherapy in the treatment group, 153 cases of conventional radiotherapy based on the use of coenzyme Q10 500 ml intravenous infusion of sodium chloride injection qd, at the end of radiotherapy. Results After radiotherapy, there were CR 3 cases, accounting for 2.0% ,PR 39 cases,accounting for 25. 5%, NRlll cases, accounting for 72.5%, ( CR + PR) 42 cases, accounting for 27.5% in the control group;CR 9 cases,accounting for 5.9% ,PR 87 cases,accounting for 56.9% ,NR 57 cases,accounting for 37.2%, (CR + PR) 96 cases,accounting for 62. 7% in treatment group,the two groups were significantly diffrent (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 sodium chloride injection in the sensitizing effect of radiotherapy in esophageal cancer is good, can improve treatment, reduce the incidence of side effects.
