人性化服务模式在健康体检中的实施效果评价

摘    要:目的观察人性化服务模式在健康体检中的实施效果。方法收集笔者所在医院2008年5月至2009年4月的健康体检者245例,随机分为观察组125和对照组120例。对照组采用常规体检程序,观察组在对照组的基础上实施人性化服务。结果观察组健康体检者对医护人员的满意度及信任度分别为98.4%和96.8%,高于对照组的90.8%和85.0%(P〈0.05)。结论人性化服务模式在健康体检中的实施效果良好,提高了健康体检者对医护人员的信任度及满意度,值得推广应用。

Evaluation of implementation effect of humanity service model in health examination

Abstract:Objective To observe the implementation effect of humanity service model in health examination. Methods From May 2008 to April 2009 in Zhongshan people's hospital, 245 healthy people were randomly divided into observation group (n = 125) and control group (n = 120). The patients in the control group used conventional medical procedures, and the observation group received humanity service in addition to the conventional medical procedures. Results The healthy people,s satisfaction and trust degree to the medical staff in the observation group were 98.4% and 96.8%, they were higher than that of the control group ( 90. 8 % and 85.0% ) ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The humanistic nursing has satisfactory implementation effect in health examination, it can improve healthy people, s trust degree and satisfaction to the medical staff, so it is worth popularizing.
