轮转护士医疗纠纷产生的原因分析及对策

目的：探讨轮转护士在临床护理工作中产生医疗纠纷的原因及采取的相应对策。方法：查阅文献,结合本院轮转护士在临床轮转过程中产生的医疗纠纷,分析各种影响因素并采取预防对策。结果：实施有效的科学管理及人性化管理、注重护理流程管理、带教老师实施有针对性带教。结论：通过对每年新入院的轮转护士进行规范化培训及科学管理,可有效地预防医疗纠纷的发生。

Reason Analysis and Countermeasure of Rotation Nurses of Medical Disputes
