复方一枝蒿片体内外抗菌作用研究

目的：研究复方一枝蒿片的体内外抗菌作用。方法：采用体内和体外抗菌实脸，研究复方一枝蒿片的抗菌作用。结果：复方一枝蒿片在体外能够明显地抑制和杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌，同时对乙型溶血性链球菌有抑制和杀灭作用，对大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）无抑制和杀灭作用；在体内能够显著降低变形杆菌感染小鼠的死亡率，但对大肠杆菌感染小鼠的死亡率没有显著作用。结论：复方一枝蒿片在体内、外均具有良好的抗菌作用。

Antibacterial Effect of Compound Artemisiae Rupestris Tablet in Vivo and in Vitro

Objective：To study the antibacterial effect of the compound Artemisiae rupestris tablet. Method：The in vitro and in vivo antibacterial tests were conducted to study the antibacterial effect of the compound Artemisiae rupestris tablet.Result：The compound Artemisiae rupestris tablet had obvious antibacterial activity to the Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aureginosa,antibacterial activity to the Streptococcus hemolytic-β, but no effect to the Escherichia coli in vitro. The compound Artemisiae rupestris tablet significantly brought down the mortality rates of mice infected by proteusbacillus vulgaris,but had no impact on the mortality rate of mice infected with escherichia coli infection.Conclusion：The compound Artemisiae rupestris tablet have good antibacterial effect both in vivo an in vitro.
