| 摘 要： | 表皮极性的建立是角质形成细胞增殖、分化的重要环节,其丧失和紊乱是一些病理生理过程产生的生物学基础。银屑病是一种常见的由遗传背景控制的、慢性炎症性、免疫性、良性增殖性疾病,具有病程长、易反复等特点,这些与其发病机制复杂关系密切。本文综述了与银屑病相关的极性蛋白研究进展,目前的研究可能会引起银屑病方面的突破。

| Abstract: | The epidermal polarity establishment is crucial for proliferation and differentiation of keratinocyte.Sometimes disruption of epidermal polarity is the base of pathophysiologic process.Psoriasis is a frequent,genetic,chronic inflammatory,benign proliferative disease,characterized by long course,easily recurrence,which is related with unsolved pathogenesis.This paper presents the advances in the research of the polarity protein which is associated with psoriasis.The current research may bring a bright future in the psoriasis. |
