优质护理服务在心血管外科手术围术期的应用

目的：做好手术室优质护理服务，提高服务质量，提升患者满意度，增强了医务人员之间的团结协作精神。方法：以本院手术部在心血管外科开展优质护理服务模式为例，介绍手术部改进护理模式，拓宽服务范围的举措，也是手术室优质护理的内容。结果：全程化连续性无缝隙优质护理服务增强了医务人员之间的团结协作精神，提高患者满意度，进一步提高了护理质量。结论：优质护理服务拓宽了手术室护理范围和深度，包括手术相关的术前、术中、术后护理等过程。全程化连续性无缝隙优质护理服务模式，应该得到了更广泛的应用和开展。

Quality Care in Perioperative Cardiovascular Surgery Application

Objective：To do a good job in the operation room of high quality nursing service,improving service quality and enhance patient satisfaction,enhancing the medical personnel between the spirit of unity and cooperation. Method：The operation department in the hospital in cardiovascular surgery carried out high quality nursing service mode for example,not only introduced to improve nursing mode in the operation department and broadened the range of services initiatives,but also was the high quality nursing content in operation room.Result：The high-quality nursing services of entire process of continuous seamless enhanced the medical personnel between the spirit of unity and cooperation,improved the satisfaction of patients and the quality of nursing.Conclusion：High quality of nursing service has been broaden the scope and depth of operation room nursing,including operation relate to the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing process. The high quality nursing service mode of whole process of continuous which without gap should been applied and carried out more extensive.
