妇产科护士工作压力与心理健康的相关性研究

目的：探讨妇产科护士工作压力与心理健康的相关性。方法：笔者对本院妇产科护士进行心理健康问卷调查，并与全国女性常模进行对比，以分析妇产科护士的心理健康及工作压力，并提出干预对策。结果：经调查问卷显示，笔者所在科护理人员心理健康结果与全国常模比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），这显示护理人员存在心理压力，需给予干预。结论：合理地安排班次，定期组织团体活动，给予实施心理干预等措施可降低护理人员的心理压力，从而恢复心理健康。

The Research about the Correlation of the Pressure of the Nurses in Gynaecoiogy and Obstetrics Department and Their Mental Health

Objective： To study the correlation of the pressure of the nurses in gynaecology and obstetrics department and their mental health. Method： The authors had made a mental health questionnaire survey to the maternity nurses in writers＇ hospital, and made a comparation with the national norm of women to analyse the pressure of the nurses in gynaeeology and obstetrics department and their mental heahh, and puts forward some countermeasures for intervention. Result： The questionnaire showed that the mental health results of the writer＇s nursing staff is different with the national norm, which had an statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）, it showed that psychological pressure is existed in nursing personnel and it need to do something. Conclusion： Shift arranging rationally and activities organizing regularly, and applied some implementative measures such as psychological intervention and so on, they can reduce mental pressure of the nursing staff and restore their mental health.
