基层医院加强抗菌药物管理的意义

目的：探讨在基层医院中加强抗菌药物管理的意义。方法：选择本院在开展加强抗菌药物管理前后的病例各600例，比较加强管理前对照组和加强管理后观察组患者的住院天数、抗菌药费用、病原菌送检数及合理使用抗菌药例次等指标。结果：观察组患者住院天数（9.4±1.2）d、抗菌药物费用90368.60元、病原菌送检数158例（26.33%）及抗菌药合理使用例次247例（41.17%）等指标明显优于加强管理前的对照组，各项指标间比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在基层医院中加强抗菌药物使用管理能明显提高患者的治疗效果，且能促进抗菌药物的合理应用，值得在临床上推广。

The Significance of Strengthen Antimicrobial Management in Basic Level Hospital

Objective：To investigate the significance of strengthen antimicrobial management in basic level hospital. Method：600 cases in author’s hospital were selected in strengthening the management of antimicrobial agents before and after the days of hospitalization,antimicrobial drug costs,the number of pathogens and the rational use of antimicrobial drugs cases were compared in the control group and the observation group. Result：The days of hospitalization （9.4±1.2）d,antimicrobial drug costs 90 368.60 yuan,the number of pathogens 158 cases（26.33%）and the rational use of antimicrobial drugs cases 247（41.17%）in the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：To strengthen the management of the antibacterial drugs can significantly improve patient outcomes of antibiotics in basic level hospital,and can promote the rational application of antimicrobial drugs,which is worthy of clinical application.
