| 摘 要： | 目的：观察辨证施护对腰椎间盘突出症射频消融术疗效的影响。方法：60例实施射频消融术后腰椎间盘突出症患者，随机分为两组，其中治疗组30例采用辨证施护方案进行护理，对照组30例只采用一般护理。结果：治疗组能明显改善腰椎间盘突出症JOA积分（P〈0.05），提高优良率（P〈0.05）。结论：辨证施护有利于提高腰椎间盘突出症射频消融术的近期疗效。

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of the dialectical nursing on treating Lumbar disc herniation（LDH） after radiofrequency ablation.Method：60 cases after radiofrequency ablation were divided into 2 groups.30 cases of treatment group were treated with dialectical nursing,30 cases of control group were treated with general nursing methods. Result：The symptom score and the excellent of the treated group significantly was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The dialectical nursing is helpful to improve the curative effect of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc ablation. |
