摘    要:目的评价不同扫描序列及参数在乳腺MR成像中的应用价值。方法对42名乳腺疾病患者采用FSE—IR和FSE—XLT1WI横轴位、脂肪抑制FSE—XL T2WI矢状位平扫和3D—FSPGR T1WI双乳横轴位动态增强扫描,对各扫描序列的应用价值进行评价。结果不同序列对病变的检出率分别为FSE—IR93.33%、FSE—XLT2WI93.33%、FSE—XLTIWI42.22%、3D—FSPGRT1WI动态增强为82.22%。结论3.0TMR乳腺成像,联合使用FSE—IR序列进行脂肪抑制FSE—XLT2WI矢状位平扫和3D—FSPGR序列动态增强,可在较短的扫描时间内获得优质的扫描图像.

Optimization of Breast Magnetic Resonance Imaging technology at 3.0 Tesla System

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application value of different sequences in breast magnetic resonance imaging, and compare the effect of different parameters on imaging quality. Methods Multiple sequences and parameters were performed with 8 -channel breast coil at 3.0T (GE). Forty -two patients were performed by FSE -IR and non fat suppressed FSE - XL T1WI in axial position, FSE - XL T2WI with fat suppression in sagittal position and 3D - FSPGR for dynamic contrast - enhancement in axial position. Then to evaluate the application value of above sequences by the number of displayed lesions and the imaging quality. Results The detectability of the different sequences for breast lesions was 93.33% by FSE - IR and FSE - XL T2WI, 42.22% by FSE - XL T1WI and 82.22% by 3D - FSPGR. Compared by imaging quality, there were no significant differences among the sequences ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The combination of FSE - IR, FSE - XL T2 WI and contrast - enhanced dynamic 3D - FSPGR sequences at 3.0T for breast MRI can obtain excellent imaging quality in short scanning time.
