| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定复方生化冲剂中金属元素含量的分析方法。方法:用V(浓硝酸)+V(高氯酸)=18+2的混合酸作为消解剂进行消化样品,利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法进行测定。结果:复方生化冲剂中Fe、Mg、Ca、K、Zn、Mn、Cu、Cr的含量分别为21.97、1174、462.0、5112、3.487、10.20、3.847、0.2692μg/g,加标回收率(n=6)在96.8%～104.0%之间,各元素的相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为0.03%～3.5%。结论:该方法是一种快速、灵敏、准确的分析方法,可以为复方生化冲剂的进一步研究提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish an ICP - AES method for determination of metal elements in Complex Biochemical Granules. Methods：The sample was digested with the acid mixture of HNO_3 and HClO_4（18 ＋ 2） before determination.in Complex Biochemical Granules by ICP—AES.Results：The content of Fe、Mg、Ca、K、Zn、Mn、Cu、Cr in Complex Biochemical Granules are 21.97、1174、462.0、5112、3.487、10.20、3.847、0.2692（μg/g）.The recoveries（n =6）were96.8%～104.0%.RSD（n = 6） were 0.03%～3.5%.Conclusion：Arapid,sensitive and accurate method for the determination of metal elements is found.The study may provide a scientific basis for the further study of Complex Biochemical Granules. |
