HBV感染者血浆微量元素浓度与氧化应激的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨HBV感染者血浆微量元素浓度与氧化应激的相关关系。方法:测定了52例HBV感染者和20例健康对照血浆微量元素(铜、锌、铁和硒)和氧化应激参数(谷胱苷肽、丙二醛和总抗氧化力)水平。结果:HBV感染者血浆微量元素Fe(F=38.845,P=0.000)、Cu(F=21.284,P=0.000)、Zn(F=44.443,P=0.000)和Se(F=66.710,P=0.000)均与健康对照存在明显的统计学差异。Pearson相关分析显示:HBV感染者微量元素Zn和Se间存在正相关关系(r=0.414,P=0.002);Fe与Zn(r=-0.039,P=0.782)、Cu(r=-0.177,P=0.209)或Se(r=-0.081,P=0.566)之间存在负相关关系,但无统计学差异。Se与脂质过氧化终末产物MDA之间存在正相关关系(r=0.319,P=0.021);Cu与氧化应激参数GSH之间存在负相关关系(r=-0.583,P=0.000)。结论:HBV感染者血中微量元素的变化可能存有交互作用,且与机体氧化应激反应密切相关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate association between oxidative stress and changes of trace elements in plasma in patient with hepatopathy infected with hepatitis B virus (HBV). Methods: The levels of four trace elements( including copper, zinc, iron and selenium ) and three oxidative stress markers namely malondialdehyde(MAD), total antioxidant power(TAOP) and glutathione(GSH) in plasma in fifty two patients with hepatopathy infected with HBV were studied. In addition, 20 age- and sex - matched healthy people were taken as controls. Results : Plasma Fe( F = 38. 845, P = 0. 000 ). Cu( F = 21. 284, P = 0. 000) ,Zn ( F = 44. 443, P = 0. 000 ), and Se (F = 66. 710, P = 0. 000 )concentrations were significantly different between patients with hepatopathy infected with HBV and healthy controls. Pearson correlation analysis showed that a correlation was observed between Zn and Se ( r = 0.414, P = 0. 002 ) in patients with hepatopathy infected with HBV. There was a low degree of negtive correlation between Fe and Zn( r = - 0. 039, P = 0. 782), Cu( r = -0.177, P = 0. 209), or Se( r = -0.081, P = 0. 566), but no significant different was observed. A positive correlation was found between Se and MDA( r = 0.319, P = 0. 021 ). However, there was a negtive correlation between Cu and GSH ( r = - 0. 583, P = 0. 000). Conclusions: These results suggest that interactive effect may be present among trace elements in blood, and their changes high correlation and oxidative stress.
