优质护理干预在女性腹腔镜肾切除术患者中的应用效果

目的探究优质护理干预在女性腹腔镜肾切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区2019年1月至2020年12月收治的80例女性腹腔镜肾切除术患者,按照护理方式的不同分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例)。两组均接受常规护理干预,观察组额外接受优质护理干预,比较两组干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及不同时间点手术切口疼痛程度。结果干预前,两组SDS和SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS和SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组SAS和SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。麻药刚失效和术后1 d,两组患者的疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2和3 d,观察组NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预模式应用于女性腹腔镜肾切除术患者,能够有效平复患者的消极情绪,可在一定程度上降低患者的疼痛感,有助于提升术后恢复效果。

Application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in female patients with laparoscopic nephrectomy

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in female patients with laparoscopic nephrectomy.Methods The 80 female patients with laparoscopic nephrectomy admitted to the the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by different methods of care,both groups received routine care intervention,the observation group received additional high-quality nursing intervention.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and surgical incision pain at different time points were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the SDS and SAS scores between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the numerical rating scale(NRS)scores between the two groups anesthesia just wore off and one day after surgery(P>0.05).At two and three days after surgery,the NRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically s i g n i f i c a n t(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing intervention model applied to female patients undergoing laparoscopic nephrectomy can effectively calm the negative emotions of patients,reduce their pain to a certain extent,and help improve the postoperative recovery eff ect.
