| 摘 要： | 目的 了解中国大陆2009年早期(5月11日至6月22日)确诊的甲型H1N1流感病例的流行病学特征.方法 应用描述性流行病学方法对中国大陆2009年早期确诊的420例甲型H1N1流感病例的年龄、性别、来源、主要症状、潜伏期等流行病学特征进行分析.结果 中国大陆早期诊断的甲型H1N1流感病例中输入性病例占总病例数的77.8%,主要由美国、加拿大、澳大利亚三个国家输入,占中国大陆总输入性病例的90%;所有患者中男性占53%,平均年龄22岁(22.2岁±14.9岁);早期确诊的甲型H1N1病例以发热(81%)、咳嗽(40%)、咽痛(35%)等症状为主;输入性病例从入境到发病平均2.5 d±1.9 d(1～11 d),二代甲型H1N1流感病例的平均潜伏期为4.3 d±1.7 d(1～8 d).结论 中国早期确诊的甲型H1N1流感病例以输入性病例为主;其性别构成与输入国相类似,而年龄构成不同;早期确诊患者以上呼吸道感染症状为主;输入性病例从入境到发病平均2.5 d±1.9 d(1～11 d),二代病例平均潜伏期为4.3 d±1.7 d(1～8 d). |
