摘    要:目的 了解中国中部经采供血途径感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)流行地区0~7岁儿童HIV感染情况。方法 2000年9月选择中国中部有偿献血员较聚集的某县的3个乡,对619名0~7岁儿童采集手指血作HIV抗体及HBV抗原检测。结果 在619名0~7岁儿童中共检出11例HIV感染者,感染率为1.8%(11/619),3个儿童的HIV感染率各为5.9%(10/169)、0.5%(1/206)和0%(0/244),均无输血史,故传播途径可确定为母婴传播;共检出24例HBV感染者,感染率为4.3%(24/619)。结论 中国中部个别地区0~7岁儿童存在较高的HIV感染率,需进一步采取措施遏制经母婴途径传播艾滋病。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To estimate the HIV prevalence among children between 0 to 7 years old in one county with HIV epidemic. METHODS: In September 2000, finger tip blood samples were collected from 619 children between 0 to 7 years old in three districts of one county with high HIV prevalence and tested for HIV antibody and HBV antigen. RESULTS: Among those 619 children, 11 were found HIV positive, with the prevalence of 1.8% (11/169). The HIV prevalence of three districts were 5.9% (10/169), 0.5% (1/206), and 0% (0/244), respectively. The possible channel associated with the HIV infection was mother-to-child transmission since none of the infected children had the history of blood transfusion. Twenty-four tested children were found HBV positive and the prevalence was 4.3 (24/619). CONCLUSION: There was higher HIV prevalence in children between 0 to 7 years old in certain areas. More intervenes are needed in the future to prevent the HIV spreading through mother-to-child transmission.
