| 摘 要： | 目的 了解天津市吸毒人群行为特征的变化及性传播疾病感染情况。方法 2011-2015年通过连续采样的方法,每年4-6月在天津市强制戒毒所内对新入所的吸毒者开展面对面匿名问卷调查,收集吸毒者人口学、行为学信息,开展HIV、梅毒和HCV检测,通过多因素分析探索该人群吸毒行为、性行为与性传播疾病的关联。结果 5年间共调查2 000名吸毒者,平均年龄为(34.5±8.7)岁,女性占17.9%,新型毒品使用者占45.4%,且逐年增高。新型毒品使用者在性行为的活跃程度上显著高于传统毒品使用者,而在与各类性伴发生性行为时安全套的使用率均低于传统毒品使用者。调查对象HIV总检出率为1.3%,梅毒总检出率为11.0%,HCV总检出率为52.0%。其中,新型毒品使用者的梅毒检出率显著高于传统毒品使用者(χ2=67.778,P<0.001)。多因素分析表明使用新型毒品(调整OR=1.607,95% CI:1.191~2.170)和女性(调整OR=5.287,95% CI:3.824~7.311)与梅毒感染有关联。结论 天津市吸毒人群吸毒行为发生变化,新型毒品使用比例增加,经性传播疾病流行的风险也在增加。
