| 摘 要： | 随着不同来源鼠疫噬菌体基因组测序的完成，为从基因水平研究鼠疫噬菌体提供了机遇。本文从全基因组的水平描述了鼠疫噬菌体的基本特征，对已测序的鼠疫噬菌体基因组进行分析比较，并探讨其遗传进化关系，以及从基因预测和蛋白注释方面描述鼠疫噬菌体基因组的功能，为进一步研究鼠疫噬菌体提供数据。
